The 4th “Anywhere EDOHAKU” held @ AEON MALL Musashimurayama August 9 – August 11, 2025

●The 4th “Anywhere EDOHAKU” held at AEON MALL Musashimurayama

From August 9 (Sat) to August 11 (Mon), 2025, the Edo-Tokyo Museum held the 4th “Anywhere EDOHAKU” at AEON MALL Musashimurayama. Although Musashimurayama is located a little farther from the Edo-Tokyo Museum, the three-day event welcomed about 20,000 visitors, giving many people the chance to experience Edo culture and history.
The event offered a wide range of activities such as the Touch & Explore! Hands-on Edo Food Stalls , Jumbo Paper Sumo Battle, Fun Fun Fun Edo Coloring , Digital Edo World Experience (Hyper Edohaku), Edo Trivia Time!, and Edo Performances. Although it included weekdays, the event coincided with the summer holidays, attracting many families and allowing us to share the charm of Edo culture with a wide audience.
Once again, the Jumbo Paper Sumo Battle proved to be the most popular attraction. Visitors selected their favorite sumo wrestler figures and enjoyed heated matches, each one full of excitement. The lively atmosphere and smiling faces of the participants left a strong impression.
